Meet Jess
Hi, I’m Jess. Thanks for being here! After more than a decade as a licensed massage therapist, I became obsessed with lymphatic care when stress, lifestyle habits, and hormonal shifts tanked my lymphatic health. I became puffy, heavy, and inflamed, and I felt terrible. Looking for answers, I dove into studying the lymphatic system and how to keep it healthy. I changed how I ate, how I moved, and how I rested. I switched to a whole-foods vegan diet and slowly turned my health around completely, even releasing 70 pounds. Today, I combine the wisdom I've gained from my own healing struggles with certifications in Brazilian lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting massage (plus my background as a yoga teacher), to help you look, move, and feel your best, too. Every session is tailored to you, whether you’re recovering from a procedure, looking for a performance edge, or ready to finally feel like yourself again. And beyond the table, I love sharing simple self-care habits so you can keep that good flow going between visits.
Lymphatic Care is the Missing Piece
For years, I wondered why no one, not my teachers growing up or my massage school instructors, ever talked about lymphatic self-care. It turns out you can think you are healthy and fit, but still have congested lymph without realizing it. Even fitness expert Dr. Perry Nickelston, “the Lymph Doc,” (Stop Chasing Pain) traced his health struggles back to a sluggish lymphatic system. After a debilitating back injury and an autoimmune diagnosis, he rebuilt his health by healing his lymphatic system.
Today, he teaches easy lymphatic self-care routines that help body and your brain, too. Your brain has its own cleansing system, the glymphatic system, which drains through the lymph nodes in your neck. When those pathways get tense and backed up, it can show up as brain fog, memory loss, poor sleep, and fatigue. That’s why my sessions feature dedicated, extended face and neck work: to open the main drainage routes your brain needs to clear waste. A clearer mind through specialized bodywork? Absolutely.
To keep that momentum going at home, I love sharing Dr. Perry’s Big 6® routine, which opens six key drainage centers in sequence: collarbones, jaw, armpits, abdomen, groin, and behind the knees. It’s amazing how a simple habit taking less than three minutes a day can create such a lasting transformation in how you feel.
